Daniel Pilkington
Daniel is the creative visionary and CEO of PilkingtonProps ehf.
He studied visual effects at Arts University Bournemouth and has since spent the last 4 years working in the gaming industry as Character artist and Rigger. On the side he has taken on work in prop making, costuming puppet building, circus performance and more!
With an absolute passion for creating believable characters that work in the real world or on television he make sure every project is of standard coming out the door. He plays an indispensable role in driving the success of our business. He is always pushing boundaries and inspiring our team to create unforgettable experiences. With his unbridled passion and skill, he infuses everything he touches with a touch of magic and wonder.
Björg Einarsdóttir
Björg is the CMO of PilkingtonProps ehf.
As our resident social media guru and creative powerhouse, Björg is responsible for ensuring that our work is visible to the world. Not only does she manage our online presence but she is also a driving force behind the scenes, she brings her imaginative ideas to life in all aspects of our concept development and project building.
Her psychology degree, along with her 8+ years of experience in the events industry as a circus perfomer and artist, make her a unique blend of creativity and problem-solving.
She has a keen eye for detail and is particularly skilled at set dressing, ensuring that the overall look of our product is cohesive. Additionally, Björg provides innovative solutions to make sure we keep to our schedule and deliver high-quality projects.
Thomas Burke
Tom is the CTO of PilkingtonProps ehf.
He is also the founder of his own programming company, Makai ehf. With a remarkable 25 years of experience in software development and 8 years in the events industry as a circus performer and artist, Tom brings a unique set of skills to our team.
In addition to his technical expertise, Tom's years of experience as a circus performer and artist have given him a keen eye for aesthetics and a deep understanding of what it takes to create visually stunning experiences.
As the person in charge of the safety and rigging aspects of our projects, Tom plays a critical role in ensuring the success of our work. He is also involved in actual fabrication of our projects, where his technical expertise and innovative problem-solving skills shine through. He ensures that all of our projects are not only visually stunning but also safe and secure for all involved.
